Description:
Certification sail for new volunteers and existing volunteers looking to move up to 2nd Captain.
The First Captain is the ultimate authority for each sail regarding
the safety and conduct of all aboard. Maximum participants is a
guide before taking conditions into account. All crew and captains
must follow
