Description:
Join our All Lady Crew as we welcome young women from Alameda County Juvenile Hall aboard for a powerful day on the Bay. This new program shows these girls that there is life after incarceration and that the water is meant to be embraced, not feared. Led entirely by women, the sail highlights strength, confidence, and sisterhood, inspiring hope and new beginnings.
Certified crew and female volunteers are encouraged to sign up and be part of this meaningful experience.

The First Captain is the ultimate authority for each sail regarding
the safety and conduct of all aboard. Maximum participants is a
guide before taking conditions into account. All crew and captains
must follow
