Program: Alameda Juvenile Probation
Description:
The class graduation. Certificates handed out. Sea Scout Ceremony. Pot luck. Kyak races and other sports. Outboard on inflatable. Friends, family and as many Blue Water people as we can get are invited. This matters to the boys. A Saturday you will remember.
The First Captain is the ultimate authority for each sail regarding
the safety and conduct of all aboard. Maximum participants is a
guide before taking conditions into account. All crew and captains
must follow
