Description:
Fourth class with this cohort. If light wind, fly genniker. Using compasses and tide tables to set course and sail to that destination. GPS and radar work as well.
The First Captain is the ultimate authority for each sail regarding
the safety and conduct of all aboard. Maximum participants is a
guide before taking conditions into account. All crew and captains
must follow
